Dog Scoops You Won’t Mind Picking Up

With summer time ice cream consumption peaking, a team of scientists have created canine-friendly ice cream version to enable dogs to safely participate in this cooling hot weather indulgence.  K99 ice cream was rolled out, literally, in London’s Regents park  last month in a dog-themed Ice Cream Truck playing the Scooby Doo song track.

After a lot of research and testing for safety, flavor and texture, , two varieties emerged; “Dog Eat Hog World” a chicken and gammon sorbet topped with a biscuit bone and served in a cone, and “Canine Cookie Crunch,” dog biscuits and ice cream topped with a biscuit bone and served in a cone.   Although these flavors and ingredients were developed for dogs, they are safe for humans to eat (if the idea of eating gammon compels you. What’s gammon???).
